Features of 300-2000kg Toilet bar soap making machine :

1. The toilet soap production line is the automatic soap production finishing line, it uses soap noodles to produce toilet soap bars , bath soap bars,  hotel soap bars and so on . 
2. There are different capacity toilet soap bar making machine line: 300-500kg/h; 500-800kg/h; 800-1000kg/h; 1000-2000kg/h 
3. The soap size, shape, weight can be customized by change the molds.  

The working processing 300-2000kg Toilet bar soap making machine :

1. This soap production line uses soap noodles as raw material.
2. First mix the soap noodels with flavors, pigments, talcum powder, etc.
3. The mixed soap powder enters the three-roll rolling mill through the conveyor belt to make soap flakes.
4.Then, the soap flakes are transformed into the desired long bar of soap through a layering machine.
5. Then use a cutting machine to cut the long soap bar into soap bars of the required size.
6. Finally, if necessary, use a packaging machine to package the soap bars.
