The machine works on the basic principle of agitation, which entails the swift movement of the blades inside the mixing chamber to create turbulence and ensure that soap base, water, fragrance, or any other additive is evenly distributed.

The soap three roll mill is a machine that uses three horizontally positioned rollers to mill and refine soap materials. The rollers rotate at different speeds in opposite directions to produce consistent and high-quality soap products.

The first roller breaks down larger soap particles, creating a smooth paste that is then passed through the second and third rollers. These subsequent rolls refine the texture of the soap and further crush any remaining solid particles, producing a fine and creamy soap product.

Duplex vacuum plodder :Soap extruder is an essential piece of equipment in soap production. The machine works by pressing a mixture of soap ingredients, such as base, color, and fragrance, into a continuous bar.
The soap mixture is fed into the machine via a conveyor belt. The mixture is then pushed into the mold, where it becomes compressed, which helps remove any air bubbles that may be present. The compacted soap mixture comes out of the mold in the form of a continuous bar, and the molds can be changed to create bars of different shapes and sizes as per customer requirements. It is then cut to the required length and wrapped for packaging.
