Features of toilet soap finishing line:

1. The toilet soap production line is the automatic soap production finishing line, it uses soap noodles to produce toilet soap bars , bath soap bars,  hotel soap bars and so on . 
2. There are different capacity toilet soap bar making machine line: 300-500kg/h; 500-800kg/h; 800-1000kg/h; 1000-2000kg/h 
3. The soap size, shape, weight can be customized by change the molds.  

The working processing of toilet & bath bar soap making machine:
1. This soap production line uses soap noodles as raw material.
2. First mix the soap noodels with flavors, pigments, talcum powder, etc.
3. The mixed soap powder enters the three-roll rolling mill through the conveyor belt to make soap flakes.
4.Then, the soap flakes are transformed into the desired long bar of soap through a layering machine.
5. Then use a cutting machine to cut the long soap bar into soap bars of the required size.
6. Finally, if necessary, use a packaging machine to package the soap bars.
7. Soap bars can be made into different weights and sizes, such as 60g, 120g, 180g, 200g, 260g, etc. Logo and pattern can also
