Duplex vacuum soap plodder :Soap extruder is an essential piece of equipment in soap production. The machine works by pressing a mixture of soap ingredients, such as base, color, and fragrance, into a continuous bar.
The soap mixture is fed into the machine via a conveyor belt. The mixture is then pushed into the mold, where it becomes compressed, which helps remove any air bubbles that may be present. The compacted soap mixture comes out of the mold in the form of a continuous bar, and the molds can be changed to create bars of different shapes and sizes as per customer requirements. It is then cut to the required length and wrapped for packaging.

The features:
1. This soap production line uses soap noodles as raw material.
2. First mix the soap noodels with flavors, pigments, talcum powder, etc.
3. The mixed soap powder enters the three-roll rolling mill through the conveyor belt to make soap flakes.
